Never buy from Fat Cake City, The Buzz Shopping Centre, Fourways.

Worst service ever at Fat Cake City, Douglasdale, Fourways - The Buzz Shopping Centre!! They changed the chicken in one of the meals that I usually order. I noted that it looks different and asked what changed about it. The woman at the till just told me that it changed. I asked what has changed about it and she said "it's different". I told her that I know it's different but what is different about it. She said "the meat"... We had this back and forth until she eventually told me to just not order. I had to mention that I want to talk to the owner before she eventually, after so much disrespect and attitude, told me that the chicken is a smaller andcheaper substitute for what they usually serve us but the price has not changed. The chicken that they used wasn't even my problem. If she hadn't answered me like I'm a child, I probably would have ordered anyway. She then told me that I have to wait for the owner(even though his car was parked outside) because he doesn't have a phone. So I waited and when I spoke to the owner, he just laughed it off and said he'd talk to her. Definitely did nothing about it. I'll never go back there again. I wish I could give zero stars.
