Mushroom burger Disappointment

Me and my husband went to Fatcake City in Wierdapark. Theuns Van Niekerk Street. 28/02 at 18:25. Tonight was the third time at the same branch i ordered the mushroom burger, everytime hoping that the next one will look better, but to my disappointment, it looked so much worse! Even my husband is highly disgusted! It looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the picture!!! What we got tonight, looked like a tables**** full of white sauce with very fine mixed herbs in it! I mean really? Is this your standards? The girl behind the counter told us they grinded the mushrooms! But the damn pic on the wall which is quite big, doesn't show at all that it is a white sause with grounded mushrooms in it? Its flippen false advertising!! And at the branch in Highveld, they said they are out of mushroom sauce! You "eat with your eyes" and what you crave for! And you are suppose to get WHAT YOU PAY FOR! And how the hell must i complain if i cant even send pictures of how terrible it looks?! I have to show you on what standards you are running and its pathetic! Please make me a proper mushroom burger or take it off the damn menu!
