Manager treats customers like ****

We visited the new Fat Cake City in Homestead Primrose , ordered food for a meeting across the road , (Burger, Mince large , Chicken Mayo and Russian and Chips) order 196 , within about 3 minutes we decided to order another 4xPlain Large (Order 199) , we received first order but every time the cashier asked for plain , the owner said we can wait he is BUSY..,,,,about 7 orders that was place after us left before our second order , after 28 minutes!!!! still No plain vetkoek as yet…. .I demanded my money back and to speak to owner , he made me wait and eventually came to the front with the excuse that every order had large vetkoek but even if that is the case why must people that order after us be helped just because it had fillings , by the time we got to eat for meeting our original order was cold and soggy…. That owner is not FIT to work with customers , I will use every platform to tell people to spend their money where it is APPRECIATED , as a Business owner in the same street he LOST a potential regular customer ….and to be honest I am SHOCKED that Fat Cake City DO NOT SCREEN whether people are fit to Promote or Destroy their Brand . This shop has only been open for couple of days and yet the owner treat customers like ****.. I sent a complaint to Fat Cake City headoffice on their website but absolutelu NO RESPONSE and if I read all the complaints on all platforms it seems they could not give a damn about customers
