Lack of customer service

I visited the VC Building, Brakpan branch and dealt with a very unfriendly lady. I greeted her which was returned with no response and a blank look and her face. I received my order, thanked her and wished her a pleasant afternoon. No response yet again with a blank look still visible on her face. Advise: if you want to retain your customer base, please keep in mind that friendliness does not cost you anything. Go the extra mile to grow your customer base. You are not the only Fat Cake City in the world.
