Illiterate & idiotic, don't listen

For once, just once, I would to place an order with this place, & actually get what I ordered. Today, we bought a meal, for my husband & I, refer to A106, as our order number, where I ordered 2 russian rolls, & he had a hamburger, chips & pepsi. I enunciated quite clearly, that I did NOT WANT mustard on my russian rolls, only tomato sauce. Needless to say, I got mustard only, NO tomato sauce. For the life of me, how can a business employ someone, who does not listen & seems totally illiterate. Surely, your employees get vetted or given some sort of test to do, before you employ them. Your kitchen staff leaves a lot to be desired. If this is how you continue to do business, I am very suprised that you are still open, as this is now the second time this has happened to me. Totally unnecessary & uncalled for, I still prefer going to your other shop in Aston Manor, Kempton Park. At least there, you get what you ordered, not what you didn't order. Suffice to day, this is the last time we will be supporting your business. It leaves me with a very dry mouth.
