HORRIBLE HYGIENE STANDARDS

Good day.

I visited the fat cake city branch in Primrose square, Germiston, shop 6 where the Pick and Pay and Clicks is located.

From walking in there is was by far the worst i have seen in years:

1. The sales lady had her mask on incorrectly. 2. None of the kitchen staff at the back had their masks on correctly. 3. People were served and allowed entrance into the store without masks. 4. The condiment tray was dirty and cluttered. There is not even an option for customers to clean this area. 5. My order was taken wrongly…..because the lady was too busy having a conversation with other customers while serving me.

I am shocked at how this can be allowed to happen…..Surely there must be controls and risk analysis training provided to your franchise owners and employees. There should be NO Excuse for endangering peoples lives.

I am disgusted. That food went straight to the dustbin……I would not even give that food to the needy, or my animals.

It is a disgrace that franchises allows this.
