So we had an encounter at the Dalview Branch today 15 Sept 2017. Went inside to buy plain fatcake and the blond working there said that we are not allowed to buy fatcake now, for what reason? If they were busy they could have said wait a few minutes and we will make. When I phoned the manager or whatever he is, answered the phone and I explained the whole thing he had the worst attitude ever, told them I am going to the newspapers and he said okay thank you bye.
