Fat Cake City Vaalpark: Bad attitude & service

I am usually not the complaining type but today I have had enough of the cashier at Fat Cake City in Vaalpark. The lady has a disgusting attitude towards customers, she is not even helpful at all when it comes to the menu. She is lazy & doesn't like serving people. The other day she tried turning my wife away saying she has too many ordered, fortunately my wife insisted on the order, only for the order to come within a few minutes. She is always bitter for whatever reason. I am logging this complaint because I have heard several people confirming my unpleasant experience with her on several occasions. This needs urgent attention. Either she needs training or she has some serious personal problems that needs intervention.
