FAT CAKE CITY RANDGATE

On my mothers 75th birthday we as the family decided to have a fatcake and mince dinner together. I went to Fat Cake City in Randgate (Randfontein) and orderd 50 fatcakes for the whole family coming. To my surprise the lady refused to accept my 50 fatcake order and told me they cant make 50 fatcakes and said it is by order of the owner. How can a Fat Cake City refuse to sell me Fatcakes? We had to go to Fochville Fat Cake City which is about 50km further to buy the 50 Fatcakes.
