Fat cake city Olivedale’s poor customer service!

The staff lack customer service s****s, they don’t know how to speak to customers and are extremely rude. Yesterday I went to there hoping to get a much better service than the one I’ve witnessed them give to other customers , and I’m not afraid to say their attitude is HORRIBLE. My spouse and I were removed from their chairs and tables while eating, simply because they were closing. The lady did not ask politely, she basically gave us instructions to leave because they are closing.

It is very sad because when you try speak to the manager, there is no solution as she condones the doings of the staff.
