Fat Cake City Langenhovenpark- bad food and terrible customer service

<p>Fat cake City has the worst customer service. i bought rib burgers a while ago for my family and it tasted sour. Had to drive back and convince the cashier,Maritsa that the ribs were bad cause she was convinced that they were fresh. i finally changed it for something else after Maritsa realised it was 'vrot'. Today i bought russians and chips, guess what Russians are sour. i called Fatcake city cause i could not drive back and Maritsa said she'll get back to me. im still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am no longer interested in supporting Fat cake city, i just feel the need to mention as this is extremely representation of the brand and being a Marketing Manager i know how powerful word of mouth is. i cannot talk good of this brand anymore cause they sell poisonous food.</p>
