Fat cake

Hi I have had a bad experience with a fast food company in olive dale. Went to try this company called fat cake for the first time an bought a product from them an I left to a client on the way the I had a few bits of this product and came across steel fillings in it later that day I went back not screaming a ranting but calm did not get any refund from them an I had left my number at the teller for the owner to call me but to this day I had no call from him. I had been at the shop twice still nothing an it has been 2 weeks almost. I would like to know what it is I can do. I have a pics of everything.
