Extremely BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

I ordered 2 Bacon burgers with chips. One with garnish and one without. When the food was delivered to me I got 2 bacon and cheese sandwiches not burgers???? The chips was done in very, very old oil, no salt or spice. BUT was charged for 2 x Bacon and cheese burgers. When phoning the branch complaining, the staff were talking in the back side laughing and I had to wait for the person that answered to have his conversation and laughs in the back. Really this is pathetic service Jared and Zikhona. Espesially after phoning 3 times to make sure you get the order right. I'm really so shocked in this pathetic service from Fatcake City in Modimolle, no passion and absolutely no drive. Obviously they don't need the salary they get paid. Very SAD to see and hear. It's really pathetic!!!!!!
