Excuses, excuses

We are regular customers at Fatcake city Florida Junction where we always order our regular meals ( Crunch burgers with extra chips, 2 large Russian and Chips or the Crunch burger family combo ) either on a Thursday or Friday evening...Firstly the cashier was extremely rude....then when I now wanted to order all of a sudden they had nothing available in burgers that i wanted or family combos. My husband and my self did not have supper due to this terrible experience and my kids had to be satisfied with dry chicken strips oily Russians and under cooked chips. Then we had to wait almost 20 min for this simple order. People who order'd after me got their food first. I'm highly disgusted in the service as a regular customer who dines from the store every week. The manager contacted me saying they gone view the footage ( which i have no problem with that ) and would phone me back tomorrow morning ( 03/05/24 ) which never happened. Totally disgusted with this poor service.
