Disgusting customer service

<p>Fat Cake City Water Glen branck Pretoria. </p> <p>Why are you advertising food at a certain price and then charge more? al your food is priced at Rxx,99c but you never give change. I was at this branch a few times and they know me by now. I ask for my change every time and every time they say they cannot give change because the price is actually for example Rxx.00</p> <p>Yesterday I was there again. The branch manager, an Italian guy was so rude to me - said to me it is people like me who bring SA down. I was calm all the time but my principle was that the food was marked R24,99 and not R25,00 as charged. The manager was so rude he even told me that the owner of Fat Cake City told him if any customer complains they can f..ck off. He asked me to leave but I refused. Again, I was calm all the time and just said that the business is dishonest by advertising a price and charge something else. </p> <p>You mr owner, you can say i can leave there are many other customers but believe me i am making it a point to inform people about your dishonest way of doing business. Especially that italian guy....he is a disgrace to your business, or are you of the same tribe? </p> <p> </p> <p>you dont have to respond if you dont feel like it but know that you are making enemies in town and your manager is helping you to make enemies very quickly. His way of talking to customers is a disgrace to your business and will do you a lot of harm.
