Disappointed

Worst service Ive ever received. This was the 3rd time popping in and never have I ever been greeted by the Lady taking the orders and I have never ordered food and received it within acceptable time. Today I ordered plain vetkoek, which they had in the tray, but still I waited for long because the lady waited for my order number to come up before handing it to me. I do not have the time or patience to support this business and I also do not accept the way they handled the client that came in, with a complaint. Having an argument and discussions with fellow employees, in front of all the customers, instead of assisting the client with his complaint. Where are the managers?
