Bad Service & No Sign

On Sunday morning just after 9.30 we wanted to order food at Fat Cake City Goldman. My son slipped & fell and there was no wet floor sign. When my husband asked where the wet sign is the lady responded we dont have one. And on top of that she still had an attitude about it and telling us she moes did say sorry what is this. And after we left to rather go to Spar she still has a nerve to laugh. Is it not law to have a wet sign if the floor is WET????? I
