Bad service from fat cake city

I was at the Dischem at Princess crossing Shopping Cetre Roodepoort after a doctor visit nearby. I reside in Johannesburg South and decided to get 4 russian and chips from fat cake city to take home. When i arrived home, i found that one of the four food trays were completely empty. I phoned them and the lady said they dont check the holders when they put it in the carry bags. I cant believe that she couldnt even feel the one was empty. This is ****************. So if you order from them, check the contents before you leave.
