Bad service at Fat Cake City Lambton

I ordered food at 18:47 then steped into pick and pay for a moment when I walk out of pick and pay at 19.07 fat cake city was closed and I didn't receive my food . Most of the staff at Fat Cake City had left . When I attempted to call them no one answered due to the fact they phone was left in the store. I asked one of the kitchen staff member who was sitting outside waiting transport why they had closed the store she said "we close at 19:00 didn't you know that, we can't exactly wait for you because it's late, we might get ****** and we can't get left by our transport. " To my understanding they are supposed to wait until they attend to every customer then leave . If they are not able to do so the least they can do is tell you to wait for your order before they close the store or not to take our order at all. Now I spent my money for my food and didn't get any food on top of that. That's disgusting service.
