Bad Language by Manager
It is not a nice story but it is needed to be told because Fat Cake City Pta West is loosing customers every day due to the manager called Charlene. I was there yesterday and I saw her calling 3 customers the word "****" to their face. She discusses clients with staff members while the customers are still there. Send a members from HQ undercover on a Friday night to sit there and wait for his food and u will see for yourself. It is a disgrace how she is ploughing that branch into the mud.
