Bad Fat cake City

I used to love Fat Cake City since it opened in Piet Retief. BUT however last week Sunday (9 Jan 2022) I order two Monster burgers WITH chips and two pepi's and one child cheese burger and chips... afer wanting verry long... I recieved my food but no drinks. ..I went back tonget my drinks. When I got home I was Highly disappointed. As I also did not receive my chips (which I paid for) with the two monsters burgers... I accepted that... but when I opened my sons burger the fat cake was rock hard so baf that I could not even bite into it. This is Highly disappointing and I won't be going the again soon.
