Bad customer service

Fat cake city witpoortjie is the worst, especially the short lady at the till. I waited for my order for over an hour and when I told her she dint even apologise she just gave me my money back. I asked her that she’s not even gonna apologise and all she said is that I can see they busy today. It’s not even the first time She always got attitude towards customers.
