Theft and Arrogance

I went to Fat Cake City, Primrose Square, in the block where Primrose Pick n Pay is. I ordered a Regular Cheesy Chips, which cost 49.99. I gave R60 and got R5 change back. I asked, and the woman, Phindile she claimed her name is, said it 55 for the chips. The slip said 49.99. I said this is not right, and she printed a second slip with Assorted Sauces for R5 and said it's the price of the chips with the cheesy sauce. I asked for my money back, and she had the arrogance to throw it at me. This is the worst service I've encountered at a Fat Cake City. I left there and went to the Fat Cake City opposite Ackermans pharmacy and got the chips at the right price and had the chips in my hand in under 5 minutes. The total lack of professionalism, the clear attempt at theft and the arrogance from the staff at the Fat Cake City by Primrose Pick n Pay is unacceptable and I will never go there again and I hope nobody supports that branch again. I even asked for the managers number, and the number I was given was a number for a phone laying on the counter where she is working. ***. This woman should not be serving customers and should not be allowed to represent an organization like Fat Cake City.
