Terrible service
Most of what I saw was actually okay, but there was one factor which basically ruined the whole experience.
There was one waiter who was exceptionally rude. After he introduced himself, we were about to order (as is the norm in every restaurant I've ever been to), but before we could get more than 2 words out, he interrupted us, and insisted we were being rude for not giving our names as well! He then looked at us and waited, and wouldn't take our order till we gave our names...
When I go to a pub/restaurant, it's not to make friends with the staff. I'm paying for a service. I'm a guest, not a friend, and paying to receive treatment like that is something I've never experienced anywhere before.

If the staff is friendly, professional, and pleasant, then I'd probably have given my name anyway. But to call a customer rude, and treat them the way my friend and I were treated is very unprofessional (especially when we hadn't even ordered yet).

In summation, the food and drinks aren't bad, but the service was shocking. In particular, I suggest if you are served by 'Joe' (at least, that's what I was told his name was) I suggest leaving, or requesting a different waiter.
