FastTrack Express is a ****!!

This is apparently a courrier company appointed by Zando Footwear to deliver our parcels. I recieved an email from a Lelo on 27 May 2024 promising to deliver my parcel on 01 June 2024; no delivery ever since. I have attempted so many times to get hold of them; with fail. They never respond to emails; same as their partner Zando Footwear.
