My partner sent me a parcel with items from Singapore. He made a mistake of sending me dollars within the parcels. When my parkage was scanned the courier company informed me that there wasn't supposed to be money in there so I should pay a fine. I did pay a fine, after I am being told that my partner put the insurance slip within the box n now there is no delivery insurance sleep. The courier company tells me that the only way to fix this is for them to sign me another insurance sleep but I have to pay R20000 for that after I had paid R30000 for a fine. Since the parcels was sent from Singapore and insurance was paid and they are the same company can't the fast track courier issue out another insurance sleep. I really think they are ******ing money from us since we don't know much about courier services and it's the first time we are using it. Hello peter please help me.
