Fixing of fridge

Found on the internet, was a struggle to get him out the first time, when they did wasn't even 2 min he said he needs to fix some cables and regas (fridge didn't want to make cold anymore) and it will be R1000+. We needed approval from our boss. He didn't wanted to wait and said that it will be R450 call out fee, ok that we understand, but the he should have said so when we called, because the website does not mention anything else than the email and cell no. Also that needed to be approved. Eventually he accepted it. Another struggle to get him out the next day to fix the fridge. Wasn't even here half our, said he is finished and the fridge is regassed. Got paid and went his way. Next thing the fridge keeps on tripping the power. Since then it just promises of being on his way but never shows. If you call again he either does not answer or the phone is off. No other alternative number or even an address on the website.

These guys are ******, got another guy out today. The cables were cut by the previous guys and no regas were done. Even though it felt like the fridge were getting cold again.

Never ever trust these people, will only take your money and nothing was done.
