FastTrack Kokstad, very bad disrespectful aggressive sales and floor management

I recently purchased a wireless headset from the store in Kokstad kzn at the Shoprite mall, I was not happy with the life span of the battery, I charged it full when I got home, I left for work however got busy put in the headset playing my music, to my disappointment less than 1 hr, I then decided to put it on charge again as well all know some time we give a good second charge then it's will keep the 7 hrs as said it would playing music, well to my disappointment again not even the 1 hr, this I bought on the 9th sep 2021, so on the 10th Sep 2021 I decided to return the FTS D65 wireless headset for a refund of my cash as I went and purchased a set of wireless JBL for a little more cost, I was confronted by a team of sales guys where I was assisted then by only one sales person quit a tall chap well the tallest In the shop, he never asked me what I wanted after me explaining to him what the problem was, he called a sales person to go and take a new set out of the store room, it was then I told him that I would like a cash refund, WOW that was a huge mistake, I was getting attacked by not only one but 3 sales people now WOW to me it had seemed like the shop manager as he was sitting behind the desk where the computer was the tall guy and one shortish gentleman, how ever I was told to come back at 12 midday or after, me explaining to the three of them I can not return at that time as I was about to leave Kokstad and not sure on my return, well still getting attacked from all angles, the two calmed down and said that there is no money in the store and can not refund me, so I simply asked when I buy something I pay cash straight away then I leave I don't take the goods leave and return at 12 midday and then pay so please could I have my refund of R260 00 rand and I will simply be on my way, well this tall youngster is still going at me as rude as canbe, I eventually was handed my R260 00 rand and still being abused by this tall guy I walked out the door I then said no let me go and get names as I was not happy I made as if I was on the phone with the owner I politely walk and ask for the guys name, well I was told u the tall guy he is a bulldogs I then ask again sorry your name is, his response was am a bulldog OMG my guy I was not asking what u are simply asking what Is your name, I then asked the sales guys, please could I have his name I was ask who are u on the phone too well I said the owner, the guys shouted again my name is bulldog to the owner who was not on the phone however I was wanting the name to take it up with them, they refused to give me the owners contact information, and yes after being attacked verbally abused I did tell the young man that I would make sure he was fired and he should not be I front end sales, I will never purchase anything front that store, I have advised everyone that has asked me about them and where they can get items from in Kokstad NOT TO PURCHASE anything from them, we have decided that putting in petrol take a drive to Durban for the day purchase our products and back home, sorry FastTrack Kokstad you have lost a lot of money potentially new customers because of the lack of after sales, bad attitude very aggressive and very nasty tall Saleys consultant, and shop or floor manager, I would really have a look into this matter.
