Worst Service Ever!

I normally am not too irritated regarding a certain level of bad service. However, the hassle we experienced on the 2nd of March trying to travel back home was just unbelievable, unnecessary and totally unacceptable. We spent more than an hour the check-in counter. According to them my daughter`s name was not on their system, they couldn`t find her name, strange because when we purchased the tickets, we bought 3, one for my husband, myself and my daughter who is now 2 years old so she pays for her own seat now. After the up and down to and from the ticket sales office and check in counter, and them having to ask 3 or 4 people to help them, we finally got our tickets. We went through, boarding time, we got on the plane and told my daughter has no seat, she is an infant. Excuse me? We paid for her seat, what do they mean no seat, what happened to the ticket we bought? My daughter had to sit on my lap, yet I had paid for her ticket/seat. Spoke to the hostess and she took my name and number and said they would give me a call and try sort it out. I still have not heard anything from them. Now my daughter has to fly back, on the same flight unfortunately. I don`t know what issues they are going to the person bringing her regarding her ticket. Will it not be another case of “oh we can`t find her ticket” and have to sit on their lap again yet the ticket is there and has been paid for? Oh so called them yesterday, guess what they found my daughter`s ticket, only now has to come back, they found the ticket we bought when we were flying out, the one they couldn`t find when we were leaving, really now? How very convenient. My baby sat on my lap but she had a ticket. What games is FastJet playing with us here? Can you please stop cheating people out of their money. It’s disgusting and pathetic, as if they`re service is not bad enough as is. I would kindly appreciate it if you could refund me the money I spent on the first ticket, that you could not find and miraculously found after our flight... smh
