Unprofessional bad service

<p>Firstly the call line with option for payment of ticket does not work. Stuck out in the bush trying to reach an NMB branch within the given time is impossible! Then the price of the ticket just goes up! Then they booked me wrongly from Mwanza to Dar. I was in Zanzibar! Then they made me wait over an hour to listen to voice recording to find out they were wrong! Finally on the plane I get threatened and bul**** by the male steward who wanted to throw me off the plane because I took another seat in front where the craft was basically empty, where I had space overhead to place my laptop and handbag securely. I have not received an appology. And by now I expect more than an appology!!</p>
