Take a bus, not Fastjet. It can save you from a heart attack!

If you book a Fastjet airline ticket, via eDreams, Fastjet will tell you that they cannot assist you with making a change to your booking (for their own airline). Does this make sense? If they cannot, then who should help? Let us see.

The answer, according to one of their employees, at their airport help desk is that eDreams must deal with the problem. If you call e(mpty)Dreams they tell you it is a Fastjet problem, not theirs. They helped you with a booking, and that's it!

At least that's what you'll get if you find yourself having to reschedule your booking, after they got your money. It happened to my fiance, it can happen to you. Very disappointing!
