Poorest airline service

I am sitting in the OR tambo airport, bought a ticket to fly to Zimbabwe departing at 21:05hrs, flight is indefinately delayed without explanation. Apparently the plane which we are to travel on hasnt even left Harare. I would not recommend any1 to buy this ticket ever, rather pay extra on SAA or BA this is just a horrible experience. If fastjet dont have their act together they shouldnt inconvenience us. I am now going to miss my meetings or attend in a tired state.
