Non Refund

After my whatsapp chat with Lily i was advised to send an email, basically i booked the flight and reserved to pay later, when i attempted to make a payment it said declined, however money was deducted from my account and thought that it will be reversed. I however booked another alternative flight for that day.

Few days later my account was in arrears again and i did not understand why i was charged twice, i have attached the bank statements as screenshots that i took the moment when i noticed everything. I have attached all the necessary documents, the card i used is a virtual card for my account. I was de*****ed
