my report

So l booked my flight frm Harare to Vic falls they wrote on my ticket check in at 2pm got ere at 215pm & was told check is over you can nolonger fly wth us and we wr about 20people ere but the staff wsnt frendly at all but the flight ws lvng at 3pm & ts nt our fault tt our ticket wr written 2pm is check in startng time but they shud hv bn atleast nice to us afta all we all hd paid money after all cash is scarce to everyone & we hd booked hotel in Vic falls frm ystday bt w wr left stranded ey cudn let us in but ere ws a white guy who came very late but was left to enter the flight.Fastjet you are running a business the least you could hv done to more than 20people you left yesterday flying to Vic falls is an apology since you wont be refunding us & we even spoke to Mavari frm the harare office tt guy is such a pain in the butt afta all he is a boss the way he spoke to us on the phone ws bad what does ths mean to your business afta lvng so many people do u knw wat they are gna say to athaz..l an totally dissapointed coz l ws travelling wth a toddler hd to tek a bus tt took me 12hrs to get to Vic falls...please do something about it
