Honeymoon Wreckers
<p>we booked flights with fast jet 5 months in advance of our honeymoon plans. 1 month in, Fast Jet cancels and suspends the route from DAR es Salaam to Entebbe, Uganda. Alleges they've made a refund, but I have yet to receive one penny from them. we are forced to buy a one way ticket at 3x the price of the original ticket</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward to 11 Jan 2017, 3 weeks before our honeymoon, and they cancel our flights and suspend the route from Johannesburg to Dar Es Salaam AND Entebbe to Johannesburg.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have now been forced to spend more than R34 000 on flights, where our original cost was a third of that figure. No apology, no reference number, no accountability, just a wet blanket phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>absolute vitriol for service, putrid in all respects. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. EVER. honestly, rather walk.</p>
