Frustrated

I got delayed at the airport on the 25th February because at the checking in they said i didn't book for my son who was 11 months by then. I showed the lady the print out that i actually did book for the 4 of us, but she told me i should have been at the airport 2hours before time to confirm the booking. I was not late because the boarding gates were still open i arrived 50 min before time out flight departure was 16:15 we arrived 15:15. She was struggling finding the agent that i booked with them to confirm and said they should sent the bags because we will end up not going.

The fight was from OR TAMBO to Bulawayo. on the last 5 minutes before the plane departed we were then released to go to the flight and had to delay it . They then sent our bags before us then we got in the flight . we arrived at Bulawayo to find they left our luggage at OR TAMBO and the never told me. The was a gentlemen waiting to tell me when we arrive, all my child food and milk were in those bags and i was visiting my in laws in kwekwe 210km from the airport. They told me i should come the following day and they are not sure in witch flight they will sent the bags . But then they were kind enough to take cell phone numbers then the following day they called around 13:00 to tell me to come fetch the bags. Driving from Kwekwe to Bulawayo is a bit far but they didn't care of me having to travel there and come back. The next day i was 10 min before 6pm i called to let them know i will arrive around 6 or pass 6 but they told me they are going home. I told them i need my bags i cant come again when i am already at the airport.

We got there and i collected my bags. the frustration i had with the incompetence of the people at OR Tambo not telling me i am only traveling with 3 kids without any of their cloths were i am going, no pampers no milk no food or even toiletries. I had to spent more on the travelling and used the money i was suppose to travel back to SA with. On the 4th March i did sent the email to customer care but till today they never responded to my query .
