flight cancelled in a foreign country

I booked a return ticket from SA to Tanzania Dar es salaam. <br> I travelled well from SA but when I was going back at the counter I was told that the flight has been cancelled for 2days with no communication. I don't have any place to stay nor what to eat. They refuse to assist but only shifting the flight date. I have no money left in my pocket.
