Fastjet: Worst Airline with rigid hidden closures

<p>So i booked a flight with return and requested to do a route change , for flights that had the same price and this horrible airline tells me they do not permit route change. It was as easy as just clicking and changing dates but they had to make it so complicated and refuse. When you call they escalate and the supervisoror manager just apologises but does not offer a viable solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal customer of theirs and am actually beyond hurt i am very disappointed by this. You would think if you are paying so much money for tickets the least they can do is to at least have flexible conditions. I will never use this stupid ****py bad airline again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would rather pay 5 times more at SAA or other airlines and get the best service than this **** that i got from Fastjet.</p>
