Fastjet should be called NoJet

Delays. Cancellation. No communication. No empathy. Better safe than sorry. But the point is to that communication and professionalism go a long way to handling a difficult situation. The lack of empathy for distraught passengers travelling for funerals was so inhumane. Some were in tears but Fastjet staff just didn’t care.

I will never fly Fastjet again.
