Fastjet Service Customer Service Disaster!

Fast Jet does not deserve any ones money ever again!

Flight from Johannesburg - Harare 9pm yesterday was the most traumatic experience I have had in a long time!

1. Plane was delayed by almost 2 hours! 2. The staff that check you in, are the slowest taking more than 15mins to check in 1 person in and are negotiating weight thus delaying everyone else. Plus check in started 30mins late! 3. After the longest and coldest wait at the terminal, we get packed into a bus. WAIT inside the bus for 15 min, then we are told to GET OFF THE bus and GO BACK into the terminal. *explanation the plane we were meant to use could not be used we must wait for another one* at this point Managers are called in and the supervisor, who take no blame because ‘they do not work for Fastjet’ in JOHANNESBURG. *just for kicks, the pilot says the delay is the weather?! Whose story to believe? 4. 30min later, we get back into the bus and go to the plane. As if we haven’t been inconvenienced enough. We all get off the bus and are forced to stand OUTSIDE the plane (video below) in the COLD for another 7mins (cold front in Johannesburg + minus temperatures). 5. In compensation on flight we get offered, Cheddar Biscuit and a CUP OF WATER?! *Just for kicks the last two times I used them, my name was not on the system because their employees did not add it in Johannesburg*.

Fastjet do not respond to complaints on social media either. Their service is a mess and they will never see my money again!!
