Fastjet cancelled booking - pathetic service

Flight 8336 from JNB to HRE on 23 Feb cancelled with no alternative solutions offered ???? bad service really bad service. I am in a foreign land who is going to pay for the inconvenience???

How about offering an alternative & not just presenting a challenge ?
