Fast jet operated by Fed express needs to up its game with comms. My daughter was delayed about an hour and a half on the 4.25pm flight from Jhn with little comms and no refreshments. It serves To its credit though it is the only of the regionals that serves a decent snack included in the ticket price and their air stewards are very nice and human.
