Failure to amend booking after taking my money

I requested a ticket detail chsnge which i had to pay for and was told this will be updated. 3 days later and my moneh gone tbry trll mr they cant change the details. Its a name change for a family trip and u vsn see the details on the other tickets!

I call they put me in hold for 30min to only tell me they cant resilve the issue and will call me bac**** But you took my miney so that you resolve the said issue. I paid for that service already!!!!!
