I booked online a ticket for someone else and populated my own details and on calling these guys to fix the typing error i was told they do not change which was weird because i was not asking for my money back i was simply asking for the mistake to be fixed. Further on i was told i cant get a refund and had to book another ticket. They basically took a extra 2500 for free from me just because they of their ****************. Last time i'm using them.
