Complaint

Pathetic service l booked a flight for my son from RSA to Zimbabwe,Flight took off 45min late,we only learnt upon arrival that the luggage was left in Jhb and now my son is stuck without his luggage and he was in transit,he has to wait in Harare until tomorrow afternoon,l will never ever travel on this fastjet let alone recommend to anyone l know Their service is appalling, and now l have a cost that was not budget Fastjet is the worst airline ever and this is not the first
