Bitterly disappointed

I am bitterly disappointed with this airline. My flight was scheduled to leave at 06h15 to Harare. It is now 07h45 and there is no news of when the flight will leave. I was meant to attend a very dear uncle’s funeral and had been asked to say a speech to honour him. Because of the inefficiencies at fastjet I have been denied the chance to bid farewell to my uncle. I am bitterly disappointed and demand an explanation on what has transpired with flight FN 8338!
