would not recommend

their support is extremely slow. they said that i had not paid my loan but it was taken from my account. i sent them my statement and asked them to investigate. they said they would but i have not received any communication. on top of that, their system still wants to take money from my bank. i was looking for a short term loan for an unexpected expense but this is dragging for too long. on top of that they do not have a number you can call, you can only send emails or their support chat.
