Upset with how they do business.

Im really upset. Fasta approved my loan last month. I paid up my loan and now that i want to borrow again, suddenly it's declined. I feel this decline is unfair as i've never missed a payment with them, and the support is non existent when querying. They helped me once, and now they wont again, but they had no problem when i paid my loan in full. why do these creditors do this? Give you hope then take it away.
