Updated statement

Fasta loan handed my account after 1 day in ereas. I immediately settled the account on 02 September 2024 with REF Legal after they contacted me. They gave me my Paid up letter. To my surprise, Fasta is still showing that I ow them R240. On my credit record shows that I'm owing Fasta R824. I've been trying to resolve the matter them, but unfortunately update its still not resolved. When I try to speak to them, they tell me the matter has been escalated to the relevant department.

This issue is affected my credit score negatively.
