Unhappy with your service

I have made a manual payment to cover the arrears and you went and deducted on my account causing me unnecessary bank charges. I sent the proof of payment also via email but you are still deducting. Kindly rectify this and send me a paid up letter. I have been struggling to get through to you to rectify this
